New home owners!

We closed on the house as expected on 7/1 and started to move in the next morning. We’re just about finished unpacking and I think we’ll be completely settled in sometime next week.

Our first home project – ever – was sealing the grout in the kitchen counters. It took all of 15 minutes and so far it appears our efforts were successful. After living in apartments for so long it’s strange living somewhere that’s yours. All of the sudden you worry about things like tracking dirt on the carpet and scratching the walls. We have hardwood floors in the kitchen that we were so concerned about scratching we walked around barefoot last weekend. I’m sure the cable guy we Tibetan monks.

Anyway we’re still alive, just busy with the unpacking and what not.
