Amen! This is one of your top five rants, and it’s completely on the mark. Another grand irony is that playing the race card on something like this actually hurts her constituency because it makes “racism” seem like a petty thing. Also, a grammar thing; one has to love the passive voice in Ms. McKinney’ s statement, “Unfortunately, the Police Officer did not recognize me as a Member of Congress and a confrontation ensued.” The last time I checked peoplecausedconfrontations (notice the verb actually follows the noun), they were not merely spectators when a rampant unbridled confrontation made its way for a police officer. Talk about denial of responsibility.

Awesome post! I like this part the best “The leaders of the Civil Rights movement suffered real discrimination and real violence and fought them both non-violently. Look at what they accomplished. I guess everybody has their own breaking point and for McKinney itâ€™s metal detectors”. I also like the “You Idiot” ending…I concurr.
