Hammer Time

I’ve become used to corrupt politicians. I don’t condone what they do but these days you’ve got to be either completely disconnected or naive to be surprised when you see a politician charged with ethics violations. But exceedingly hypocritical and corrupt politicians, we’ll that’s just too much for me to take.

That’s why I take personal delight every time I hear about another piece of sugary goodness falling out of the Abramoff corruption pinata. I love hearing the torrid details of how Tom Delay et al pandered to the religious right only to line their own pockets with their constituents well intended support. I hope every last one of the guys involved with Abramoff enjoys an extended vacation in a lovely 8×10 villa with slightly obscured sunset views, a on-site gym and sauna, and their very own energetic personal trainer.

Because after all of they’ve done for us, they deserve it.
