Score one for the Constitution
Turns out that even the conservative US Supreme Court doesn’t think the Bush administration has the authority to override the Constitution in the name of security.
It’s nice to see the other two branches of government still support a US democracy over the proposed monarchy. Maybe this will lead to the reinstatement of some of our other Constitutionally granted rights like freedom of speech and protection against unlawful search and seizure that have been taken away to protect us from “terrorist, terrorist, terrorist”.
